4.1 Standard In-Stock Items
Processing time: 3 working days
Once prepared, your order will be shipped via UPS Standard (or DHL for high-value orders).
You will receive:
A shipping notification
Your tracking number
A link to track your parcel online
4.2 Made-to-Order & Custom Jewellery
Made-to-order pieces require an extended production period.
Production time: 6–8 weeks
The precise timeline for each piece is indicated on the product page.
Once your custom item is complete, it will be shipped immediately.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with:
Your shipment confirmation
Your tracking number
Courier information
You may track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping email.
