SECTION 6 — STORE TERMS (GEMSTONES & CUSTOM JEWELLERY)
These terms govern current and future purchases made through the Valentina Leardi online shop.

Be the authorized holder of your chosen payment method
Placing a product into your shopping bag does not guarantee availability.
6.2 Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order.
Pre-orders require full payment at checkout and typically ship within the estimated time shown on the product page.
6.3 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is accepted when we issue a Shipment Confirmation email.

We currently ship within Europe only.
Free insured shipping for orders over €600
Estimated delivery:
3–5 days for in-stock items
6–8 weeks for made-to-order or custom jewellery
Customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer
We are not liable for carrier delays or customs processing times
6.5 Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders prior to shipment.
6.6 Returns & Refunds
Gemstones:
Returns accepted within 14 days
Must be returned in original, unused condition
All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
Custom Jewellery / Made-to-Order:
Final sale — no returns or refunds
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
SECTION 7 — CUSTOM JEWELLERY TERMS
Custom jewellery and made-to-order designs require:
Full payment upfront
6–8 weeks production time
Email approval of the final design
We offer a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:
Wear and tear
Damage from improper care
Accidental damage
Repairs can be arranged by contacting us.
SECTION 8 — PAYMENTS
We accept:

Mastercard
Maestro
Shop-provided payment options (via Stripe or equivalent processors)
Payment is charged upon order confirmation or at shipment, depending on the method.
If payment authorization fails, we may cancel your order.
SECTION 9 — WARRANTY

2-year warranty for silver pieces
2-year warranty for custom and made-to-order items
2-year warranty for leather products
Wear and tear is not covered.
